All work undertaken by South Studio is subject to agreement on scope, fees and programme prior to commencement.

Fees are agreed on a project-specific basis and may be structured as fixed fees, day rates or staged payments depending on the nature of the work.

Any changes to scope may result in adjustments to fees and programme, which will be discussed and agreed in advance.

Payment terms will be outlined within individual project agreements.
